Booked hours run consecutively. Your rental time runs straight through and cannot be split or paused.
A non-refundable retainer of $170 or 25% of your package total — whichever is greater — secures your date, applied toward your total. Balance due 14 days before your event.
Cancellations: refunded 100% more than 30 days out, 50% at 15–30 days, non-refundable within 14 days.
Both-booth packages require adequate space and power at your venue — we confirm before booking. Travel included within 30 miles of Los Banos. Beyond 30 miles, a travel fee is quoted in writing before booking. Digital-only delivery — no prints. Additional hours available on request.
